Note from a tour manager – UCSD campus

2 Nov, 2011

There was an air of anticipation and excitement as the kids arrived in their buses at the auditorium on the UCSD campus.

Many of them spoke Spanish and were ready to have a great time.

When Elisabeth announced the Choir on stage, we could not start the concert for the applause.
At last everyone settled down and we gave them a good singing.

At least 250 kids were on stage dancing La Chencha with Marina as the concert closed.

Elisabeth told me it was “awesome” and is looking forward to tonight’s show.

Now we are in the centre of San Diego (as far as the GPS lady makes it) and everyone is having a wander around until it is time for us to return to the concert hall…
